Zee Alexis Instagram Photo Contest
Official Rules

Dates of Promotion: Zee Alexis ("Sponsor") Instagram Photo Contest (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00pm EST on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 and ends at 11:59pm EST on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 (the "Promotion Period").
Eligibility: The Promotion is open to any legal U.S. residents residing in any of the 50 United States, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not) of Zee Alexis and its respective parent company, divisions, affiliates, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of Zee Alexis products are not eligible.
How to Enter:
- Follow @zeealexisshoes on Instagram
- Upload a photo of yourself on Instagram wearing Zee Alexis shoes and tag #LovingZeeAlexis or upload a photo of yourself wearing an outfit that is incomplete without Zee Alexis shoes and tag #CompleteMeZeeAlexis. Creative captions are also encouraged but not required.
Limit one photo per entry, multiple entries allowed. Prizes will be awarded on the first of the month during the months of May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December of 2016 only. You may only win one (1) time. Previous winners are no longer eligible in the contest. Photos posted after the end of the Promotional Period will not be eligible to win. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized holder of the Instagram account that posted the photo. Make sure to follow @zeealexisshoes on Instagram so you can be messaged directly if you win.
Winning and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected by Zee Alexis the first of each eligible month, based on overall creativity and composition of the photo. By participating in this Promotion, the account holder certifies that his/her post is original, has not been previously published or won any other or previous promotion, and does not contain any inappropriate material or material that would violate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of privacy/publicity. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes contains obscene, offensive or inappropriate content, that does not comply with these official rules or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the contest. The decision of the Sponsor is final and binding on all matters related to the Contest. The selected winners have one (1) week to claim their PRIZE. Zee Alexis wil contact winners via Instagram Direct message to the Instagram account that uploaded the photo entered in the Promotion. In the event that the winner does not claim his or her prize by the 7th day of the winning month at 5:00pm EST (approximately one week after notification), a new winner will be selected based on the criteria outlined above.
Prizes: One (1) winner will be awarded (1) free pair of Zee Alexis shoes each month of the Promotional Period. A total of eight (8) prizes will be distributed to eight (8) individual winners between the months of May and December, 2016. The winner may select any one pair of shoes currently available on zeealexis.com below or up to a one hundred dollar ($100) value. Shoes available on zeealexis.com that are over one hundred dollars ($100) are not eligible as prizes for this Promotion. No prize substitutions except at the Sponsor's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Zee Alexis is not responsible for winners not fitting in the sizes of the products available, and winners must chose their prize based on what is currently available on the website only. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded (8).
Privacy Statement: Entering the Promotion constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use participant's photo, caption, any accompanying material, and names (first name and last initial) for the purpose of advertising or promotion via consumer newsletter and social media channels (Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/Google+/Pinterest) without compensation, unless prohibited by law. Should the company chose to use this content for promotional purposes, entrant is not entitled to compensation or credit.
No Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram and Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or loss to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in this Promotion.
