Standard Ground shipping is typically delivered in 5 to 7 business days after your order has been processed.
We can ship to many countries around the world. Please note, there are restrictions on shipping some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The cost for international shipping varies by country and is the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 5-7 business days for international shipments to leave our warehouse.
We hope that you absolutely love the item(s) you purchased from us. If not, we will happily take any unworn or defective merchandise within 60 days of the delivery date for a refund. You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after your package is received in our warehouse. Returns made after 60 days and items marked as FINAL SALE or AS IS cannot be refunded. Defective merchandise and items being exchanged for another product from zeealexis.com, are eligible for free return shipping. When returning an item for a complete refund, $5.95 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover shipping costs. Please note that refunds can only be issued for the original merchandise price you paid – any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange the item(s) you purchased for another product from zeealexis.com, we will happily cover return shipping costs for items shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Items marked as FINAL SALE or AS IS cannot be exchanged.
Important Information about Returns
- Please return merchandise in the original box with all tags attached. If you do not have the original packaging, please package merchandise securely to avoid damage.
- Please include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your order number and product style, size and color to ensure you get properly credited for your return. It would also be helpful to write the reason for the return so that we may improve our service going forward.
- Credits are issued back to the original form of payment only.
- Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
- Your original package should contain a return shipping label. If you are exchanging your purchase for another item from zeealexis.com, return shipping is free. If you are returning your purchase for a full refund, $5.95 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of shipping. If you did not receive a return shipping label in your original package, please contact us at email@example.com and we will issue you a label via email.

How to Return Your Item
- In order to initiate your return, first log in to your account by clicking 'My Account' at the top of our website. Sign in and then click 'Completed Orders' in the left column. Next to the order containing the return item, click 'Return Item(s)' on the right. Provide the quantity and reason for returning as well as any other comments pertaining to your return. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item from zeealexis.com, you must select ‘Exchange’ under ‘Return Action’ in order to receive FREE SHIPPING on your exchange. If you do not select ‘Exchange’ we will be unable to identify your return as an exchange, and you will be deducted $5.95 from the return amount to cover the cost of shipping. Finally, click 'Submit Return Request' to initiate the return. You will receive a confirmation email after completing this step.
- On a copy of your packing slip, mark the item(s) being returned and write the reason for returning. Your packing slip is the receipt that was included in your original shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note with your order number and the style, size and color of the item(s) being returned as well as the reason for returning.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original carton and packaging, and include a copy of the packing slip. If you do not have the original packaging, please package merchandise securely to avoid damage.
- Attach the provided shipping label located in your original package and take your shipment to the nearest UPS drop-off location. Please be sure to retain the tracking number in the event that the package is lost.
